For Sunday morning closings, please check with the local television stations.

We will notify the stations of any possible closings or delays.

Labyrinth & Memorial Garden

Millbrook's labyrinth is open to anyone who
wishes to have a quiet place to meditate and pray.
Meditation guides are available at the labyrinth.

Upcoming Events

Fall Kick Off

Sunday, September 7th
This is a Sunday you will not want to miss! The worship service will begin with recognition of all of our children and youth that are being promoted into a new class and will also be presented with a new Bible. They will be enjoying new curriculum this fall that this particular Bible will help supplement. We will then have a parent and child dedication service for the Emmerton Family. Following worship, everyone is invited to join us for a pot-luck luncheon. Please bring a salad, vegetable, or dessert to share. During the luncheon our committees will meet up to vote on a chairperson for the new year.

Wednesday Night Programs Kick Off

Wednesday, September 10th
Join us for the 1st dinner of the Fall season! We will kick off the year with an intergenerational Service of Beginnings on the laybrinth at 6:30 PM. Don't forget to make your dinner reservations by noon on Tuesday. Meals are always free for our young children and all first-time guests. $6 for the full dinner and $4 for the salad bar only are the best deals in town for all youth and adults.

LabyrinthLabyrinth Prayer Walk 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
The Labyrinth Committee invite you to participate in a labyrinth prayer walk from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. The walk will begin with a short devotional relating to current events and/or needs of our community. If you are not able to walk, benches in the sacred garden are available for you to use during your meditation time. In case of inclement weather, we will meet in the sanctuary and use finger labyrinths for our prayer time. We hope you will join us for this spiritual opportunity.

3rd Annual Blessing of the Animals

Minister to Children & Families

Minister to Children & Families

Millbrook Baptist Church is seeking a part time Minister to Children and Families. The desired candidate will have (or be working on) a master’s degree from an accredited seminary or divinity school, experience working with children in Christian education and/or weekday early education. This person will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive programs for children, be a liason for our PreSchool program and provide pastoral care to children and their families.
Salary range $15.000 - $20,000 per year.
